(More customer reviews)I received my sofa 3 weeks late because the shipping company sent my sofa to Chicago after arriving in Seattle. I was not happy with the shipping company service.When they finally got it delivered, the driver left the pallet in my neighbors parking spot.The sofa looks good, except one cushion had stains that looked like some kind of glue and the stitching was coming loose.The company sent a new cushion cover as soon as I contacted them about the cushion.Their service was fast and polite.I am disappointed in the quality of the cushions.They are already showing depressions from sitting and seem to be poor quality and not very comfortable.I guess for the price I can not expect much better.This is my first online sofa purchase and will probably not do it again.
