(More customer reviews)I got this sectional in sage with the matching coffee and end tables (round version) from Vision Decor.
I have to admit that the shipment was at first late and I became panicked. However after contacting the company I got a very helpful customer service representative who ensured that I got everything settled. My products were shipped to a forwarding company to be shipped internationally.
SHIPPING:
The tables and sectional came separately. The chair came in what looked like insufficient packing material for international travel, however since it made it in good condition I suppose it was enough. The tables were packed excellently...very excellently. Vision Decor offers in home set up so if I were getting that service I suppose the packing would have been overkill.
QUALITY:
The tables are great quality wood, much denser than expected (they came in two boxes weighing 173 lbs...so you judge). The finish was lovely and I was very satisfied.
The chairs have a very comfortable pillow-top cover that has zippers to remove each cover. This means that they can be washed. (If you have true to form little boys) You'll love this bonus to cleaning. The actual material can be wiped with a moist cloth as well for little messes.
The chairs don't have springs. The seating is a sort of lattice banding (sorry that's the best I can do) but it seems quite sturdy and is very comfortable. It got great reviews in comfort from the heavy flow of Christmas traffic and I mean heavy in all senses of the word.
COST and DURABILITY:
I bought the sectional and tables on discount for just over 700 after taxes and shipping. I think that's well priced especially given the high quality and apparent durability of the products.
EASE OF ASSEMBLY:
The number ofpieces may scare some, but it is very easy to assemble. Two men assembled everything in about a half an hour for food. So if you have a useful partner or a hungry neighbour it should be really easy and quick.
RECOMMENDATION:
I wouldhighly recommend the product. The only slight frustration I had was during shipping but I got great customer service and a long distance call to keep me abreast of everything (in addition to the online tracking). I was hesitant as there were no reviews when I purchased, but I am very happy I took a chance! Hopefully I helped another shopper.
