(More customer reviews)This cup is truly double-walled as stated, which means the liquid I pour in could be boiling hot but the outside is still relatively cool. Also the handle is sturdy and fit my hand perfectly well. I drink a lot of tea during the day so this cup comes in very handy. It keeps my tea hot for much longer than a regular mug, with or without the lid on. I realize there is no drinking hole through the lid, which was specifically noted in the ad, but still it is not a problem as I prefer to drink tea the "regular" way rather than through a tiny hole. My previous mug was a plastic double walled one with that sipping hole through the lid, and I didn't care for such feature.But the thing concerned me the most was the plastic potentially causing harm to my health. Now I have no such worry since this mug is made of stainless steel. This is my favorite tea cup so far.
