No communication from company when product did not arrive on time.
Company blamed Amazon for posting what they said was the wrong information about the product.
When I inquired about what they would do about the problem, they said "take it or leave it".
Customer service rep said she would take the item directly to the shipping center - that was not true.
Item arrived with no packing slip, instructions, etc.
Would never buy from this seller again.
