(More customer reviews)the seller on this site is good, the cabinet itself has a design flaw...the plastic slide bolt on the left door stops you if you want to fill the top shelf with dvds, it wont close, i called prepac and i had to call 5 times to get them to pick up the phone, the rep said she would get an engineer to look at my problem but i never got a call back. the other problem is that for the price the laminate is a cheap paper version that showed up to my door in the box with several scratches on it, thats why they include a brown marker to cover the marks...kind of a cheap way to solve a problem. all of the parts were dusty as if just came off the assembly line without being cleaned im dealing with it but i will never buy prepac item again
